Conference fees

Below you can find information about the conference fee. The payment of the fee should be done via bank transfer in EUR or PLN. The registration fee must be paid before above mentioned deadlines.

For those, who actively participated in the previous editions of the SEED/CEER conferences we have prepared a special discounts:

5% discount for those, who participated in one of the previous conferences,
10% discount for those, who participated in more than one of the previous conferences.

Additional information and options

Changing participation type

Authors that pay or have paid an online registration fee but want participate in-on-site mode have to pay the amount of their fee difference.
Authors that pay or have paid a regular fee but choose to present in an online mode will receive a return in the amount of their fee difference or credit in the amount of their fee difference increased by 10% that may be used for future SEED/CEER conferences (depending on the authors’ decision).

Cancellation policy

cancellation before 30 April 2022 – 90% refund.
cancellation before 31 July 2022 – 50% refund.
cancellation after 31 July 2022 – no refund.
cancellation must be confirmed in writing.
